Requirements to request the registration of a mark:

• Denomination of the mark or logo in their case.
• Send a Label by e mail or by post mail.
• If they are wanted to protect colors in the mark 15 labels they are required to color and 15 target and black (for each registration).
• Type of products or services that are wanted to protect (specifying the same ones in a list).
• Name of the proprietor of the mark.
• Factory home, of commercial establishment or of the place of rendering of services.
